These terms govern your use of the website at fincrestpartners.com and any contact you make with Fincrest Partners through it. Use the site and you accept them. Work that follows is covered by its own written agreement.
Business use only
This site is for companies and the people who run them. Use it on behalf of a business. It is not meant for personal, family or household purposes.
Accuracy
Tell us the truth. Whatever you send about a company must be accurate and complete as far as you know it. Tell us when something changes.
No guarantee of outcome
A plan is advice. We do not promise a result. Nor do we promise an offer from any third-party funding source, or any particular terms if one comes. The decisions are yours. So are their consequences.
Fees
Getting in touch costs nothing. Any further work is described and priced in writing, and it begins only once both sides have agreed. If a plan draws on outside capital, its price is the provider's to set.
Phone, email and text
When you share a phone number or email address, you agree that we may use it to reply and to discuss work. That can include calls, emails and text messages. Standard message and data rates can apply. Send STOP in reply to a text and no more texts follow. Tell us by phone or email and the calls or emails end.
Limits on liability
The site is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it is free of faults or always available. To the extent the law allows, Fincrest Partners bears no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using the site or relying on anything it shows. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
Fincrest Partners is formed under the laws of one US state. These terms follow that state's law, and that state's courts decide any dispute about them.
Changes
We may change these terms. Whatever this page shows, as dated, is what applies.
